Situated 9 km off the south east coast of Phuket, the island is surrounded by colourful coral reefs, hence the name Coral Island. The island has two long stretches of white, sandy beach on one side, and a few quiet bays on the other. Coral Island is outstanding and comes closer than most to fulfilling that seductive mental image, we all seem to have of discovering a remote, perfect, untouched island escape, where the sand is pure and white, the water translucent, the sunsets religiously inspiring and the crowds far away.

Coral Island Resort is a beautiful little village of cottages comprising 64 very private one and two-bedroom villas discreetly scattered around the beach and Poolside. The area is cozy and beautiful and the cottages are nicely placed directly in the sand or surrounded by tropical garden.

Coral Island Resort offers three types of diving license packages to suit your personal desire in diving.

Coral Island Resort is for anybody who loves fishing, a sunset sailing cruise, watersports and diving. Coral Island has a white sandy beach, crystal clear water and plenty of fish and corals. If you like activities during your stay Coral Island is the perfect place for diving as it has over hundred species of corals and many types of beautiful fish.

When to go?

Thailand has three main seasons. From December to February the weather is cool and dry, making it a very pleasant time to explore the city on foot. Temperatures begin to rise in March and the hot weather lasts until May, with temperatures often soaring to 40ºC. Thailand experiences its rainy season from May to November which is characterized by frequent downpours.

Coral Island Resort is built with one- and two bedroom bungalows with a total of 64 rooms. All have air conditioning, private toilet and bath and a small terrace.
Beachfront Bungalows also have mini bars and is situated directly on the sandy beach overlooking the sea from the private terrace. The price includes breakfast.

Coral Island Resort’s facilities include a large, lovely pool and a small childrens pool. There is also a cozy restaurant and bar, located right on the beach overlooking the ocean. In connection with the reception is a TV lounge with satellite TV and a small library.
Other facilities include counter safety box, massage and rental of snorkel equipment.
