Our advice: Anoma Botique Resort is ideal for the traveler seeking traditional Thai style and quiet surroundings in the heart of Chiang Mai. If you are looking for history, religion, shopping or nightlife you have come to the right place as the guesthouse and area contains all of the above. Besides that Anoma is very well maintained and the rooms are big and comfortable.

When to go?

Thailand has three main seasons. From December to February the weather is cool and dry, making it a very pleasant time to explore the city on foot. Temperatures begin to rise in March and the hot weather lasts until May, with temperatures often soaring to 40C. Thailand experiences its rainy season from May to November which is characterized by frequent downpours.

Check out the temple Wat Chedi Luang where you can talk to the English speaking monks about buddhism and life in general. Enjoy the cooling pool or relax in the restaurant with a cop of steaming hot coffee and your favorite book.
